Twitter: A17Adams DIVISION 1 COLLEGIATE LEVEL Anthony Adams is the Head Men's Soccer Coach for the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). During his 27 year tenure as an Associate Head Coach, UMBC has seen its greatest success at the Division 1 level including a 2014 College Cup (Final Four), 5 trips to the NCAA Tournament, National Rankings (as high as 4th), 10 Conference Championships and recruited over 60 players that have gone on to play or get drafted professionally including 8 to the MLS.  Adams has also been recognized by AFLAC as the National Assistant Coach of the Year, the NSCAA as the Atlantic Assistant Coach of the Year, and 8 times by the College Soccer News as a Top Assistant Coach. He holds a USSF "A" License and was inducted to the Greater Dundalk Sports Hall of Fame in 2012. In 2013, Adams received the Edward Finzel Award for Outstanding Contributions to Soccer in Maryland.
